We collect what you send us through our contact forms, plus basic stats about how people use this site. We use it to reply to you and to make the site better.

We don’t sell your information, rent it out, or use it to target ads.

This policy covers nrth.media. Work we do for clients is covered by our project agreements.

When you fill out a form: your name, your email, the services you check, your phone number if you add it, your budget range, and your message.

When you browse: the pages you visit, how you found the site, your rough location (city level), and your device and browser. Our analytics tools collect this automatically. Like any website, the services that host and run it also see your IP address when your browser connects.

Framer hosts this site and delivers form messages to our email.

Google Analytics measures traffic, and Google Fonts serves some of our type.

Videos play from Vimeo, YouTube, or our own storage on Cloudflare. When a Vimeo or YouTube player loads, that company can see your IP address and may set its own cookies.

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy. We don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Google Analytics uses cookies to tell new visits from return visits. Vimeo and YouTube players may set their own.

Google can collect information about your activity on this site and other sites over time. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on.

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There’s no shared standard for what it should do, so this site doesn’t change how it works when it gets one.

Form messages stay in our email for as long as we need them to work with you and keep our business records.

Analytics data follows the retention settings in our Google Analytics account.
